Coframe is building adaptive, self-improving user and agent interfaces powered by AI. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between prospective and existing customers and the product team, operating at the intersection of sales, product, engineering, and customer success.
You'll lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals, technical environments, data flows, and integration requirements. You'll design tailored solutions, run product demonstrations customized for both technical and business stakeholders, and build proofs of concept that validate Coframe's value in real customer environments. Throughout the sales and evaluation process, you'll answer technical questions, guide customers through implementation challenges, and troubleshoot integration issues.
Your responsibilities include designing solutions that demonstrate measurable customer outcomes, translating customer feedback into product requirements, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve technical blockers. You'll create technical sales collateral, documentation, and enablement materials while helping build scalable integration patterns and implementation processes. This role requires strong product judgment and a consultative, value-based approach to customer engagement.
You'll work on-site in San Francisco and engage directly with customers. The ideal candidate has experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting; strong technical discovery and communication skills; and familiarity with SaaS products and AI systems. Experience with analytics, experimentation, marketing technology, or data products is a plus. You should be comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences, and operating effectively in a fast-moving startup environment. A technical degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
