As a Solutions Engineer, you will embed directly with domain experts in real estate and infrastructure to understand their workflows deeply, then build agentic AI workflows and internal tools that automate their manual work. You sit at the customer-facing end of the engineering spectrum: you talk to users to understand what needs building, you build it, and you own whether it works in production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Embedding with domain teams to learn their work well enough to automate it
- Building agentic workflows and internal tools that remove repetitive work
- Shipping features in front of users and iterating based on direct feedback
- Converting expert judgment into production-grade software
- Owning work end-to-end: design, build, deploy, observe, and evolve
- Bringing engineering rigor to workflows that have never had it
- Feeding learnings back into the core product
- Making independent decisions about what is worth building without waiting for specifications
