Antithesis is redefining how modern distributed systems are tested and released. The platform helps engineering teams ensure rock-solid reliability, scalable performance, and deep technical visibility into their systems.
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be a technical bridge between the Antithesis platform and customers. You'll execute proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate product value, participate in customer onboarding, and support the sales team with technical qualifications and consultations. You'll lead customer workshops on property-based testing and other advanced testing methodologies, guide customers on the platform, and build and maintain product demos.
You'll also contribute to thought leadership by finding bugs in open-source software and breaking customer systems to showcase the platform's capabilities. This role requires deep technical curiosity and the ability to articulate complex testing paradigms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You should be highly technical with strong experience in automated testing (integration, end-to-end), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), object-oriented programming, Linux systems, and scripting languages (bash, Python, JavaScript). SQL/NoSQL querying experience is valuable. You're comfortable in high-pressure situations, a great communicator, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments. The role involves travel to customer sites, conferences, and Antithesis headquarters.
