Antithesis is redefining how modern distributed systems are tested and released. The platform helps engineering teams ensure rock-solid reliability, scalable performance, and deep technical visibility into system correctness.
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be a technical bridge between the Antithesis platform and customers. You'll execute proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate product value, participate in customer onboarding, and support the sales team with technical qualifications and consultations. You'll lead customer workshops on property-based testing and other advanced testing methodologies, guide customers and prospects through the platform, and build and maintain product demos.
You'll also engage in thought leadership around testing complex systems and contribute to finding bugs in open-source software to showcase platform capabilities.
You're highly technical and technically curious—someone who gets bored easily and thrives on new challenges. You're comfortable learning and absorbing new technologies quickly, working under tight timelines and high-pressure situations. You communicate exceptionally well both written and verbally, and you're a strong team player who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ideal background includes experience building and running automated tests (integration, end-to-end), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), object-oriented programming, Linux-based operating systems, scripting languages (bash/shell, Python, JavaScript), and querying data via SQL, NoSQL, or other query engines.
This role requires some travel to client sites, conferences, and Antithesis headquarters.
