As a Solutions Consultant on the UK GTM team, you will be a key early hire shaping how Rillet sells and scales in the UK market. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and leadership to help prospective customers evaluate Rillet as their next ERP system.
Key responsibilities include: removing technical and accounting objections throughout the sales cycle by understanding customer business requirements, accounting processes, and technology stacks; delivering tailored product demonstrations by configuring sandbox environments around specific workflows and use cases; developing deep expertise in Rillet's product, accounting workflows, and the finance technology ecosystem; executing with urgency by providing real-time prospect feedback to cross-functional teams and experimenting with different demo approaches; and representing Rillet as a trusted consultant to sophisticated finance and accounting leaders.
You should have strong professional experience in accounting with exposure to revenue recognition, financial close, reconciliations, and multi-entity consolidation. Customer-facing experience supporting evaluations, implementations, or solutions consulting for accounting or financial software is essential. You'll need strong understanding of systems and technology used by modern finance teams, familiarity with IFRS and/or UK GAAP, and ability to communicate credibly with senior finance stakeholders. Excellent communication skills to translate complex accounting and technical concepts into clear, conversational language are critical. You should be comfortable moving between accounting, product, and technical conversations with different stakeholders, thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail, and be proactive and responsive. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification, or experience in audit or accounting advisory, is a plus.
