Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the full customer lifecycle for mid-market accounts in the Nordics region, based in Dublin. You'll be the single point of accountability for your book of business, managing new logo acquisition, expansion, and renewal cycles.
In this role, you'll design and build workflow solutions directly with customers—conducting discovery, architecting current-to-future-state workflows, and co-building in Notion live during customer meetings. You'll partner with Business Development Representatives on target account planning and outbound motion, while also navigating complex commercial cycles including procurement, legal, and security reviews.
You'll guide customers through early implementation with clear adoption plans, then hand off to Outcomes Architects for ongoing expansion. Throughout the relationship, you'll partner with post-sale teams to own the commercial arc while they drive day-to-day adoption.
Required skills include experience selling technical products to technical buyers, technical fluency with the ability to demo and troubleshoot in front of customers, strong discovery and qualification instincts, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder interactions. You should be comfortable owning the room, operating with agency and urgency, and presenting simple solutions to complex problems. An obsession with AI and continuous learning with new tools is essential.
Nice-to-have qualifications include full-cycle B2B software sales or solutions engineering experience with a track record of exceeding quota, prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity or collaboration software, familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models, experience in shared account ownership models, and fluency in a Nordic language.
Notion works from offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days) to enable collaborative thinking and building. The company is building the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together, enabling faster, clearer, and less fragmented work.
