Maisa AI is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join the Client Services team. The role bridges discovery, solution design, and delivery for enterprise clients adopting agentic process automation. You will own client engagements from initial process discovery through solution architecture, producing clear technical specifications that enable AI Automation Engineers to build without ambiguity.
Key responsibilities include leading process discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders to uncover automation opportunities and map end-to-end workflows. You'll document AS-IS processes, identify inefficiencies, and assess automation potential. In the solution design phase, you'll architect TO-BE processes incorporating Digital Workers, define scope and KPIs, and create detailed technical specifications including process flows, decision logic, integration points, and data mappings.
You'll hand off specifications to engineering via formal design review, remain available during the build phase to clarify design intent, and participate in UAT to validate solutions match the designed experience. Throughout engagements, you'll own the client relationship, translating between business and technical audiences, scoping work under time pressure, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to relay field insights.
Required experience includes consultancy in solutions architecture, BPM/process consulting, or technical delivery at a relevant enterprise company. You should have proven success working with enterprise clients on process transformation or technology implementations, strong process mapping skills (AS-IS/TO-BE methodologies), and ability to produce technical specifications engineering teams can execute against. Hands-on experience applying AI in practical business contexts is essential. You must be fluent in both Spanish and English, comfortable with up to 25% travel, and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
