Figma is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join its Solutions Consulting team in London. This role bridges technical expertise with business acumen to help enterprise customers realize the full potential of Figma's design and collaboration platform.
You will partner closely with the Sales team and cross-functional groups to develop and deliver consultative strategies that demonstrate Figma's value proposition. Key responsibilities include leading technical discussions, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and designing solutions tailored to customer needs. You'll own the customer IT and Security relationship during deal cycles, addressing security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, and enterprise requirements. You'll also collaborate with Product and Support teams to identify opportunities for enhancing account security and influencing the product roadmap.
Additionally, you'll design and scale technical sales efforts by facilitating conversations between customers, sales, and product teams. You'll create thoughtful content to engage both customers and internal stakeholders, and work autonomously within a collaborative team environment focused on continuous learning.
Required qualifications include 6+ years of professional experience with at least 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS organization. You should demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, prioritize competing demands, and excel at positioning technology in presales contexts. Strong communication skills across diverse audiences, compelling presentation and demo abilities, and front-end development or developer lifecycle experience are essential. Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem is expected.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Figma or other UX/UI design tools, and alignment with Figma's values of growth mindset and thriving in evolving environments.
