Immersive Labs is a leading cyber resilience platform trusted by 30%+ of the Fortune 100, ranked #1 in the Forrester Wave 2026. The company helps organizations prove that AI can be adopted safely, teams can develop and defend at AI speed, and leaders can navigate crisis effectively. As a Solutions Consultant based in Jordan, you'll join the Scale Team covering the METNA & APAC region. This role bridges technical pre-sales and early customer onboarding, focusing on high-velocity, repeatable motions across many accounts rather than deep single-account relationships. You'll own three core areas: (1) Pre-sales demos and trials—delivering tailored product demonstrations, running in-platform free trials with coaching sessions, and ranking solution fit to guide sales investment; (2) New customer onboarding during the critical first 60 days—running kick-off sessions, providing light-touch integration guidance, and conducting month-one and month-two check-ins; (3) Adoption and migration at scale—delivering one-to-many activities like webinars, workshops, and Cyber Digital Bootcamps to drive value across the customer base and support phased migrations to Immersive One Core. You'll work closely with Inside Sales Reps and Customer Operations to maintain efficiency, serve as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams, and stay informed of evolving threats and emerging technologies. Required experience: 2+ years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or a technical customer-facing role (ideally SaaS or cybersecurity). You must be comfortable working at high volume and pace, running repeatable motions across many accounts within tight timeboxes. Strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including one-to-many formats, are essential. You'll need to qualify and prioritize quickly, communicate technical concepts clearly, and have proficiency in IT fundamentals (hardware, software, databases, networking, security, development). Knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards is required. Experience with onboarding, enablement, or one-to-many sessions at scale, familiarity with product-led growth or digitally-led customer motions, and hands-on experience with Windows & Linux, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments are valuable.
