Immersive Labs is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join the Scale Team in Dubai, covering the METNA region. This role bridges technical pre-sales and early customer onboarding for a high-volume, fast-paced motion across many accounts.
You will own technical product demonstrations tailored to prospect use cases, running in-platform free trials with coaching sessions to prove value quickly. You'll qualify solution fit and flag blockers early to guide sales investment. On the onboarding side, you'll run kick-off sessions and deliver contained two-month onboarding windows across multiple customers, providing light-touch integration guidance and month-one/two check-in coaching sessions.
Beyond individual accounts, you'll drive adoption and migration at scale through one-to-many activities including webinars, workshops, and Cyber Digital Bootcamps. You'll support phased migration of Standard customers to Immersive One Core, contribute to repeatable enablement content, and re-engage on expansion opportunities using the same efficient demo/trial motion.
You'll partner closely with Inside Sales Reps and Customer Operations to maintain motion efficiency, serve as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams, and stay informed of evolving cybersecurity threats and AI trends.
Required: 2+ years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or technical customer-facing roles (ideally SaaS/cybersecurity). You must be comfortable working at high volume with repeatable motions across many accounts, confident presenting to technical and non-technical audiences in one-to-many formats, and able to qualify and prioritize quickly. IT fundamentals proficiency (hardware, software, databases, networking, security, development) and knowledge of information security concepts, compliance, and standards are essential. Experience with onboarding/enablement at scale, product-led growth, and hands-on experience with Windows/Linux, security tools (IDS, firewalls, SIEM), and public cloud environments are valuable.
