Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the full customer lifecycle for a book of business in the MEDIT region. You'll be the single point of accountability from first meeting through workflow design, commercial close, implementation, expansion, and renewal.
In this role, you'll design and build workflow solutions live with customers—conducting discovery, architecting current-to-future-state workflows, and co-building in Notion alongside them. You'll own account strategy, partner with Business Development Representatives on target account planning, and drive outbound motion to priority stakeholders. You'll navigate complex commercial cycles including sizing, proposals, procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals with appropriate scope and implementation paths.
You'll guide customers through early implementation with clear adoption plans, then hand off to Outcomes Architects for ongoing expansion. Throughout, you'll partner with the post-sale team on onboarding, adoption strategies, and renewal execution—owning the commercial arc while specialists drive day-to-day adoption.
You must have experience selling technical products to technical buyers and genuine comfort building live in software. You'll demo, co-design, and troubleshoot in front of customers without specialist support. Strong discovery and qualification instincts are essential, as is the ability to map customer workflows into commercial outcomes. You'll navigate multi-stakeholder interactions across procurement, legal, and security teams with agency and urgency.
You should be obsessed with AI, constantly building with new tools and learning new ways of working. Fluency in English and Italian is required. Nice-to-haves include full-cycle B2B SaaS or solutions engineering experience with quota track records, prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise in productivity/collaboration software, familiarity with consumption-based pricing models, and experience in shared account ownership models.
The role is based in Dublin with anchor days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for in-office collaboration.
