Levelpath is a modern AI procurement platform for global enterprises, founded in 2022, on a mission to make procurement delightful. The company provides a complete view of spend for procurement, finance, legal, and IT—from intake and sourcing to contracting and payment—with built-in AI delivering contextually relevant answers and uncovering valuable opportunities.
As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be a key member of the customer-obsessed solutions team, playing a critical role in customer success. You'll build deep, lasting relationships with existing and future customers while advising and supporting the implementation of Levelpath's platform. Your responsibilities include planning, building, optimizing, and scaling processes and systems (Zendesk & Salesforce) for serving enterprise accounts, and developing best practice guides and product documentation.
You'll identify champions and build relationships with key business stakeholders within accounts, drive new solution offerings by working directly with the sales team, and bring new products to market through close collaboration with product and engineering teams. You'll represent the voice of customers in product requests, drive and support customer health via adoption metrics, and collaborate with customers to determine success metrics while translating their feedback into actionable product feedback for the development team.
The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a direct customer-facing role (customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting). You'll have B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment, a BA or BS degree, demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to detail, stellar organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities. You're adaptable, comfortable managing multiple workstreams, effective at collaborating across product and engineering, and willing to travel to visit customers. Empathy, patience, and a sense of urgency are essential traits.
The role currently starts remotely but is intended to transition to in-office when Levelpath establishes its Chicago location.
