Figma is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join its Solutions Consulting team in Berlin. This role bridges technical expertise with business acumen to help enterprise customers unlock the full potential of Figma's design and collaboration platform.
You will partner closely with the Sales team and cross-functional groups to develop and deliver consultative strategies that demonstrate Figma's value proposition. Key responsibilities include leading technical discussions, conducting product demonstrations, and designing solutions tailored to customer needs. You'll own customer IT and security relationships during deal cycles, addressing security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, and enterprise requirements. You'll also collaborate with Product and Support teams to identify opportunities for enhancing account security and influencing the product roadmap.
Additionally, you'll design and scale technical sales efforts by facilitating conversations between customers, sales, and product teams. You'll create compelling content to engage both customers and internal stakeholders, and work autonomously within a collaborative environment of continuous learners.
Required qualifications include 6+ years of professional experience with at least 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS organization. You must demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, prioritize competing demands, and position technology presales effectively. Strong communication skills across diverse audiences are essential, with fluency in both German and English required. Front-end development or developer lifecycle experience is valued.
Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with Figma or other UX/UI design tools, and alignment with Figma's values of continuous growth and learning.
