Salary: EUR 63,000 - 90,000 / annual
Zscaler is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join the Virtual Solution Center, operating fully remotely from Spain. This role reports to the Global Velocity Director of Partner Engineering and serves as a vital member of the Solution Center team, driving initial technical pre-sales engagements for internal groups and external partners.
You will master the Zscaler ecosystem, execute foundational technical strategies, and cultivate expertise to influence partner-driven business opportunities. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will assist with platform demonstrations, initial discovery sessions, and partner enablement initiatives while building the business insights and technical capabilities needed to advance into a standalone Sales Engineer position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical assistance to distributors, partners, and internal business units through introductory discovery, product positioning, and architecture walkthroughs
- Support live product demonstrations and dedicated Solution Demo Center environments, collaborating with senior Sales Engineers during co-selling cycles
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot sandbox and lab environments while creating reusable technical assets and documentation
- Drive partner enablement programs by facilitating onboarding tracks, technical training events, and interactive workshops
- Partner with international colleagues across the global Solution Center to provide cross-regional support and map technical architectures to client requirements

Requirements:
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions
- Up to two years of professional exposure in a technical capacity (engineering internships, customer support, systems administration, or introductory infrastructure assignments)
- Essential grasp of core internetworking principles and protocols: TCP/IP suites, DNS configurations, HTTP mechanisms, and secure tunneling technologies
- Undergraduate degree or demonstrated equivalent practical hands-on experience
- Availability and willingness to undertake occasional regional travel up to approximately 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Practical familiarity with modern generative AI environments or automated workflows for lab deployments and technical problem-solving
- Early academic or professional exposure to edge security frameworks including Secure Web Gateways, Zero Trust Network Access, Data Loss Prevention, or Cloud Access Security Brokers
- Hands-on background orchestrating live application proof-of-concepts or sandbox instances, complemented by active technology certifications or structured coursework
