Nash is an AI-native logistics platform that unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity orchestration for modern commerce. The company powers delivery and logistics for major brands including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Shopify.
As a Solutions Consultant, you own the complete customer journey from discovery through post-sales implementation. You run structured discovery workshops to uncover real customer constraints, build sandbox environments and POCs that prove Nash solves their problem, and scope integrations against their existing stack (OMS, WMS, TMS, POS systems). You construct ROI models grounded in customer financials that withstand CFO scrutiny, design and deliver technical demos mapped to actual use cases, and project-manage pilots to decision.
Post-close, you own the technical handoff into production: managing implementation and integrations through go-live, running pilot readouts, and transitioning cleanly to CSM and Engineering. You're the bridge between Sales and Product—feeding technical gaps back to the team, pushing small product updates directly, and turning successful patterns into reusable templates and reference architectures.
You'll leverage Claude and AI tools throughout engagements, operate at enterprise scale (multi-region, multi-channel merchants with dozens of systems), and stay current on new AI capabilities. The role requires 4–6 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical program management, with hands-on comfort building integrations, scripting, working with APIs, and architecting solutions. You need structured discovery skills, real building ability, and the discipline to see pilots through to stable production handoff rather than moving on at close.
Travel is required 2–3 times per month for on-site workshops, pilot kickoffs, and executive presentations. Compensation is competitive base salary plus variable comp aligned with top-quartile SaaS benchmarks, equity in a venture-backed company, and standard benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and flexible PTO.
