The Solutions Consulting team is a pre-sales function sitting at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. As a Solutions Consultant, you'll serve as a technical thought leader and product expert, guiding prospects through their customer engagement challenges and demonstrating how Iterable unlocks value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to assess prospect challenges, devise tailored solutions, and strategize presentations
- Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations and technical presentations to diverse audiences (marketers, engineers, product managers, C-level executives)
- Investigate prospects' technical landscapes to recommend seamless integration approaches
- Support prospects from initial scoping through handoff to Professional Services
- Play a major role in closing large SaaS enterprise deals
- Liaise with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to drive feature adoption and platform value
- Invest in your own growth through opportunities aligned with organizational expansion
- Travel onsite to meet prospects when needed
You'll develop broad skills across sales, technical presentations, critical thinking, and problem-solving while collaborating with diverse internal and external teams. The role offers daily opportunities to hone expertise and contribute beyond traditional sales activities, including internal education and technical projects.
