Inspectorio is an AI-powered supply chain platform used by over 12,000 customers globally, including major brands and retailers, to optimize performance, build resilience, and provide intelligence across production chains.
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will lead end-to-end implementation engagements for global brands, retailers, and manufacturers—primarily in retail and apparel. You'll combine business acumen, technical expertise, and industry knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless delivery and adoption of Inspectorio's platform.
Key responsibilities include:
**End-to-End Implementation & Client Advisory**
- Own the full implementation lifecycle from discovery through deployment and post-go-live optimization
- Design and lead structured project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Translate business needs into tailored solution designs leveraging Inspectorio's platform
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and driving adoption
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and opportunities for process improvement
- Continuously refine delivery methodologies based on lessons learned
**Business Impact & Growth**
- Drive customer success metrics and expansion opportunities within accounts
- Contribute to thought leadership in supply chain optimization and quality management
- Support sales efforts through technical expertise and customer testimonials
You'll work with customers across quality, sustainability, and compliance initiatives, helping them scale operations and achieve measurable business outcomes. This role combines strategic advisory, project management, and technical problem-solving in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
