ComplyAdvantage is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join its high-growth commercial team in Singapore. This role bridges technical expertise and sales strategy, partnering with Account Executives to drive new business and upsell opportunities in the anti-financial crime technology space.
You will serve as a strategic technical advisor to enterprise financial services customers, translating complex compliance and AML capabilities into compelling business narratives. Key responsibilities include qualifying opportunities and understanding customers' strategic business problems and financial drivers; designing and delivering outcome-based presentations, API sessions, and architecture whiteboarding that connect solutions to measurable ROI; serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to scope and deliver Proof of Value exercises aligned to quantifiable business outcomes; collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Implementation teams on innovative solutions and PoCs; building internal processes to help the Solutions Consulting team scale; and conducting thorough handovers to Customer Success with clear value documentation.
You will also contribute market feedback to inform product roadmap decisions and mentor junior commercial team members on advanced discovery and storytelling techniques.
Required qualifications: 2+ years in Solutions Consulting or technical sales cycles for enterprise financial services customers; deep technical understanding of APIs, integration, data security, SaaS, and cloud hosting (Bachelor's in a technical field preferred); experience with value selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, CEB, or similar); exceptional executive presence and storytelling ability for both technical and non-technical audiences; strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills; growth mindset and collaborative team spirit. Experience in finance, AML, fraud, or financial crime is a significant plus.
