Salary: USD 90,000 - 115,000 / annual
Chartbeat Inc. is the parent company of Chartbeat, Tubular Labs, FatTail, and Lineup Systems, providing analytics and revenue solutions for media brands. As a Solutions Consultant, you will work directly with clients during implementation and project engagements to design, configure, and deploy solutions within the AdBook platform.
You will lead implementation projects, guiding clients through onboarding and deployment of the AdBook+ platform. This includes translating business requirements into system configuration and workflows, delivering project milestones (discovery, configuration, testing, training, go-live support), and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
You will design and configure solutions by becoming an expert in AdBook+ features and capabilities, configuring system features to support client workflows, providing recommendations on best practices, and supporting integrations and data workflows. You will serve as a subject matter expert during implementations, troubleshooting configuration issues, providing training to client teams, and documenting solutions for internal and client reference.
You will collaborate across internal teams—working closely with Product and Engineering to escalate and resolve technical issues, partnering with Sales and Client Success on solution design, and providing feedback to Product teams based on implementation experience. You will also contribute to implementation playbooks and documentation, identify process improvements, and mentor team members when appropriate.
This role requires a strong combination of technical aptitude, problem-solving, and client consulting skills. You will manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with complex software platforms and client implementations
- Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions
- Experience managing projects or implementation workstreams
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
