As an ADM (Alternatives Data Management) Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding and implementation of Addepar's ADM solution for clients. You will work directly with investment firms, guiding them through the process of integrating alternatives data into their existing Addepar platform. Your responsibilities will include leading ADM implementation projects through client management, project management, and solution design. You will ensure the ADM solution is compatible with each client's existing Addepar setup and develop plans to address any gaps.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and implementation of ADM for Addepar clients, managing project execution and solution design
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Data, Product, Client Management, Sales) to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects, prioritizing effectively and seeing each through to completion
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve processes and standard methodologies as the platform expands
- Engage with clients in a proactive, consultative, and professional manner
- Take ownership of client success and demonstrate strong self-reliance and leadership qualities
The ideal candidate combines relevant financial domain experience with consulting, project management, and technology expertise. You should have a deep understanding of investment markets and the clients Addepar serves, with a passion for understanding client needs and solving problems collaboratively.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3+ years of professional experience in finance, technology, project management, and/or consulting
- Experience with project management
- Experience working with alternative investment data
- Solution-oriented approach and passion for problem solving
- Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and ability to be a high-contributing teammate
- Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Experience with the Addepar platform is a plus
