Cohere is a leading enterprise AI company building cutting-edge foundation models and end-to-end products for businesses. As a founding Solutions Architect for the Nordics region, you will be instrumental in growing Cohere's business across Scandinavia and wider Europe, partnering with account executives, partners, and leadership to demonstrate the value of our technology to strategic enterprise and government customers including Saab, TKMS, and Thales.
You will sit at the intersection of forward-deployed engineering and AI transformation, serving as a technical expert, trusted advisor, product evangelist, and thought leader in applied AI. Your responsibilities include developing deep understanding of customer problems, mapping them to Cohere solutions, and owning the technical relationship with key stakeholders. You will lead the design and deployment of customer pilots, translate business objectives into technical solutions, and serve as the voice of the customer to our product team.
A typical day includes leading technical discussions on customer calls, designing enterprise architectures, conducting deep dives on customer queries and Cohere technology, facilitating evaluations and pilots, developing scalable processes for the solutions architect team, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to ensure offerings match customer needs.
You bring 3+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post-sales experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role. You have a passion for generative AI with understanding of LLM strengths and weaknesses, familiarity with foundational ML concepts, and excellent communication skills to engage seamlessly with C-suite executives and technical audiences alike. You thrive in ambiguous environments, identify and implement high-impact processes, and are comfortable with Python and AI-assisted coding tools. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years architecting or consulting on NLP/AI/LLM solutions and fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian. Professional fluency in English (business and technical) is required.
