You will be the first dedicated Applied Engineer focused on Arabic-speaking markets across MENA and the broader EMEA region. This is a hybrid sales engineering and solutions architecture role where you'll own the full customer lifecycle—from technical discovery and proof-of-concept design through implementation and production deployment.
Key responsibilities include: leading technical design and delivery of customer implementations across MENA; conducting technical discovery, demos, and evaluations for regional prospects; designing solutions that fit customer stacks and data-residency requirements; representing Deepgram at regional events and in front of Arabic-speaking customers; bringing customer feedback on Arabic model performance to Product and Research teams; and developing reusable implementation patterns and reference architectures.
Time allocation: 40% customer implementation and scaling, 25% pre-sales technical work, 15% building reusable patterns and automation, 10% documentation and knowledge sharing, 10% complex post-onboarding escalations.
You'll work alongside the EMEA Applied Engineering team during overlapping business hours and help extend coverage toward APAC as the team grows.
