Project44 is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical and business advisor for go-to-market efforts targeting 3PLs, 4PLs, and logistics service providers (LSPs). This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, requiring four days per week on-site.
You will be embedded with dedicated LSP Account Executives, owning the full technical lifecycle of complex sales engagements: discovery, solution design, integration scoping, and ROI quantification. Your responsibilities include translating operational pain points into compelling platform demonstrations, building LSP-specific business cases, and articulating how project44's Decision Intelligence Platform (Movement) transforms supply chain visibility and execution.
The role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on technical depth. You'll work across the full spectrum of logistics providers—non-asset 3PLs, freight brokers, 4PLs, lead logistics providers, NVOCCs, freight forwarders, LTL consolidators, regional carriers, and managed transportation providers. Each segment has distinct operational models, technology stacks, and priorities; you must fluently navigate these differences.
You bring credibility from having lived the technical and operational realities of logistics providers. You are a storyteller, technologist, and logistics operator who can back up compelling narratives with architectural depth, operational fluency, and hands-on integration knowledge. You understand how to normalize fragmented logistics data, design control tower capabilities, manage multi-modal workflows, and expose data via APIs.
Project44 emphasizes AI fluency across all roles. You are expected to actively leverage AI in your day-to-day work—identifying where it adds value, directing it effectively, evaluating outputs critically, and governing it responsibly. The company is headquartered in Chicago with a second HQ in Bengaluru, India, and operates a diverse global team focused on solving complex logistics challenges.
