GitLab is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers in Southern Europe, with a focus on France. You will guide organizations through their digital transformation journeys using GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform, helping them understand how the platform addresses both technical requirements and business objectives across the entire software development lifecycle.
In this role, you will lead technical discovery, demos, and validation sessions to demonstrate how GitLab meets customers' needs. You'll own the technical evaluation process end-to-end, including solution design, proof-of-value initiatives, workshop design, and technical components of tenders and audits. Working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, you'll shape and execute account strategies that support new customer acquisition and expansion.
You'll build deep relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through GitLab-driven transformation and enabling them to become advocates. You'll advise customers on modern software development practices, continuous integration/deployment, security, and cloud strategies, challenging existing approaches to improve ROI. As the voice of the customer, you'll share feedback, use cases, and competitive insights with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to inform roadmap and positioning.
You'll maintain and extend your technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and cloud technologies, creating reusable examples and best practice guidance. Reporting to a regional Solutions Architect manager, you'll invest in your own growth through ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to continuously improve team impact.
