Eon.io is transforming cloud backups into actionable assets through its Cloud Backup Posture Management (CBPM) platform, which provides instant visibility and access across all cloud environments. The company is backed by prominent investors and is building a groundbreaking solution that turns backups into searchable, accessible tools.
As a Solutions Architect, you will be the primary technical advisor for enterprise clients evaluating Eon's platform. Your core responsibilities include designing and implementing Eon's cloud backup solution to meet client business objectives, driving technical discussions, and building trusted relationships with key accounts.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprises, demonstrating Eon's capabilities through proofs of concept and providing guidance on integration, deployment, and adoption best practices
- Partner with account executives to understand client requirements and configure Eon's solution to showcase fit
- Lead new client onboarding by mapping business needs and designing tailored solutions
- Advise on implementation strategies and guide clients through deployment
- Create technical content including sample code, blog posts, presentations, white papers, and workshops to share best practices
- Travel up to 30% within the US for workshops, implementation support, and client relationship building
- Gather client feedback, identify trends, and influence product roadmaps with insights
Required qualifications:
- Significant experience working with enterprises on cloud infrastructure products
- Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) from a dev/ops perspective
- Advanced technical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex problems and design custom solutions
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel up to 30% within the US
