Fiddler AI is seeking a Solutions Architect for Customer Success to drive successful outcomes for enterprise customers adopting AI observability solutions. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor and domain expert, bridging complex ML/LLM systems with real-world business value. You will partner closely with customers' data science and ML engineering teams to architect and implement onboarding solutions, ensuring deployments meet success criteria on time and with precision. You'll become the primary technical contact, guiding customers through their AI observability journey, conducting technical engagements, status syncs, roadmap discussions, and QBRs while championing customer feedback back to the product team. Key responsibilities include: delivering seamless integrations using tools like Snowflake, Airflow, MLflow, S3, and Kafka; writing custom integration code to connect Fiddler to customer data ecosystems; building and refining integration patterns to reduce time-to-value; mastering Fiddler's platform and helping customers operationalize observability best practices; and identifying expansion opportunities to drive renewals and growth. You'll work within a tight-knit, highly collaborative Customer Success Engineering team that operates remotely but stays deeply connected through constant communication and shared purpose. The team thrives on knowledge sharing, peer learning, and collective problem-solving. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (AI/ML focus), Statistics, Mathematics, or related field with 5-7+ years of professional experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, or maintaining ML models in production. Excellent communication and presentation skills to distill complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences. Strong organizational and project management abilities to balance multiple customer engagements.
