Veeam is seeking a Solutions Architect to support the sales organization and serve as a subject matter expert for the company's data resilience and security solutions. In this role, you will engage with sales teams throughout the entire customer lifecycle—from pre-sales through post-sales—providing architectural guidance and technical expertise.
Key responsibilities include designing solutions and leading large-scale proof-of-concepts and technical validations for enterprise customers and service delivery partners. You will develop architectural designs, whitepapers, best practice guides, and competitive analysis documentation to support deployment engagements and sales opportunities. You'll represent Veeam at marketing and technical presentations, demonstrating deep product knowledge to customers, partners, and internal teams. Active participation in the Veeam Community Forums is expected to help evangelize product offerings and support the user community.
You bring deep hands-on experience with hypervisor technologies (VMware, Microsoft, RedHat) and large, complex datacenter infrastructure operations. You have solid knowledge of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), relational databases, and scripting/programming languages for automation. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, along with comfort presenting to groups and traveling within your assigned region as needed. You're a self-starter who learns new technologies quickly, possesses strong project management capabilities, and demonstrates excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Fluent English is required.
