Veeam is seeking a Solutions Architect to support the sales organization and drive pre-sales and post-sales success. In this role, you will work closely with sales teams to provide architectural expertise and solutions to complex customer problems. You will design solutions, lead large-scale proof of concepts, conduct technical alliance validations, and support post-sales deployments with Veeam service delivery partners.
Key responsibilities include engaging with sales opportunities from initial discovery through post-sales relationships, providing subject matter expertise across Veeam's product suites to customers and partners, developing whitepapers and best practice guides, competing strategies documentation, and representing Veeam at technical presentations and community forums.
You will need deep hands-on experience with hypervisor technologies (VMware, Microsoft, RedHat), large-scale datacenter infrastructure operations, and the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Additional required skills include relational database experience, programming/scripting for automation, excellent communication abilities, and comfort presenting to diverse audiences. You should be a self-starter capable of learning new technologies quickly, with strong project management and problem-solving skills. Travel within your assigned region is expected. Fluent English is required.
