Veeam is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their London office. In this role, you will work closely with sales teams to provide technical solutions and subject matter expertise across Veeam's data resilience and data security product suites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with sales teams throughout the sales cycle, from pre-sales through post-sales relationships
- Designing architectural solutions and leading large-scale proof of concepts, technical validations, and post-sales deployments
- Providing expert-level guidance to customers, partners, and internal teams on Veeam products
- Developing technical documentation including whitepapers, best practice guides, and competitive analysis
- Contributing to the Veeam Community Forums and representing the company at technical presentations
You should bring deep technical expertise in hypervisor technologies (VMware, Microsoft, RedHat), large datacenter infrastructure operations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with relational databases, programming/scripting languages, and project management is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical, as you will present to groups and travel within your assigned region. You should be a self-starter comfortable learning new technologies quickly and solving complex technical problems.
