Veeam is seeking a Solutions Architect to join its team in Denmark. This role bridges pre-sales and post-sales success, working closely with sales teams to architect solutions for complex customer problems.
You will engage with sales opportunities from initial discovery through post-sales deployment, providing deep technical expertise in Veeam's data resilience and data security posture management product suites. Key responsibilities include designing architectural solutions, leading large-scale proof of concepts and technical validations, supporting service delivery partners, and serving as a subject matter expert to customers, partners, and internal teams.
You will develop technical content including whitepapers, best practice guides, and competitive analysis documentation to support sales and deployment engagements. You'll represent Veeam at marketing and technical presentations, contribute to community forums, and help evangelize product offerings to partners and end users.
Required qualifications include deep hands-on experience with hypervisor technologies (VMware, Microsoft, RedHat), large complex datacenter infrastructure operations, and familiarity with the three major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). You need experience with relational databases, programming/scripting for automation, and strong project management skills. Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal—are essential, along with comfort presenting to groups and traveling within your assigned region. You should be a self-starter capable of quickly learning new technologies, with demonstrated problem-solving and logical thinking abilities. Fluent English is required.
