Rogo is an AI-powered platform transforming financial workflows for investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms. As Solutions Architect for APAC, you will be the strategic technical leader for enterprise customer engagements across the region.
You will own customer architecture and security leadership, serving as the primary technical point of contact during pre- and post-sales cycles. This includes leading architecture reviews, helping customers understand Rogo's integration with their infrastructure, and collaborating with security and engineering teams to ensure compliance and security requirements are met. You'll build trust with senior technical stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
In pre-sales, you'll partner closely with the sales team to support complex enterprise deals, providing architectural guidance and technical validation. You'll help customers evaluate deployment models, security controls, and integration approaches, and address technical objections to drive adoption confidence.
Post-sales, you'll guide customers through onboarding and deployment, lead technical communications around product releases and upsells, diagnose technical issues, and coordinate with engineering for resolution. You'll ensure long-term adoption and expansion by proactively managing risks and blockers.
You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to represent customer needs, translate requirements into actionable insights, and help shape deployment best practices and documentation.
Required: 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Infrastructure Architect, or similar). Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, IAM, networking, and security best practices. Strong communication skills, executive presence, and ability to manage complex enterprise engagements. High ownership, organization, and commercial judgment.
You thrive in fast-paced startup environments, are ambitious and curious about AI and finance, autonomous and self-directed, and collaborative and thoughtful.
