Eve is an AI-native legal technology platform serving plaintiff law firms. The company has achieved product-market fit with 1000+ law firms, raised $160M+ from top-tier investors (Spark Capital, A16z, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed), and is growing 2X revenue quarter-over-quarter. Eve's AI voice agent handles intake calls end-to-end, qualifying potential clients and creating leads with minimal human intervention. As Solutions Architect for AI Intake, you will own the complete intake setup lifecycle for law firms using Eve's platform. Your core responsibility is ensuring firms go live successfully and stay live—moving from initial configuration through voice agent deployment, integration with their phone systems, lead management, and document systems, to ongoing optimization. Key responsibilities include: - Owning intake setup end-to-end: mapping how leads reach firms, configuring the voice agent, integrating with their existing systems (phone, CRM, lead management), and iterating on real calls until the firm is satisfied. - Translating firm requirements into technical configurations; making the voice agent fit their specific workflows and edge cases. - Serving as the product voice: bringing insights from every firm you support back to the product and engineering teams to inform what gets built next. - Handling change requests rapidly and fixing root causes in product templates so subsequent firms don't face the same issues. - Building repeatable voice agent evaluation processes: defining what "the voice agent did the right thing" means for complex scenarios, testing against model upgrades, interruptions, off-script callers, and long multi-branch flows. - Creating runbooks and training materials so Customer Success and Legal AI Architects can handle 80% of intake setups independently, freeing your time for the hardest problems and strategic product work. You will work with Eve's voice agent platform (prompts, configuration, admin tooling), call recordings and transcripts, evaluation tools (internal Slack agent, Braintrust), and each firm's own tech stack (phone systems, web forms, Lead Docket, document management, etc.). Regular travel to client sites is expected; if remote, plan for approximately one week per month in the Bay Area with the Intake team. This is a new role where you will define as much as you execute. You'll see every intake setup at Eve and shape how the function grows. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in intake, legal operations, implementation, or building with AI. - Deep knowledge of intake from the inside: you've run or worked intake at a plaintiff firm or similar high-volume, phone-first operation, or you've implemented intake systems for law firms. You understand edge cases: catastrophic-injury callers needing immediate partner attention, existing clients calling intake for case updates, statute-of-limitations urgency, conflict checks before commitments. - Experience testing AI systems: you've written evals, test-call scripts, or regression checklists for AI, or you're eager to learn. You prefer proving the voice agent works rather than assuming it does. - Ability to translate vague requests into concrete solutions: when an intake manager says "make the voice agent friendlier," you figure out what they mean, explain your plan clearly, and configure it yourself. - Comfort with systems integration: phone trees, call forwarding, CRMs, webhooks, admin portals. You're the person who gets on a screen share with a firm's phone vendor and figures it out, then documents it so the next firm doesn't need that call. Nice-to-haves: - Coding comfort; ability to contribute to in-product tooling, build custom tools, or improve the voice agent platform. - Experience with voice AI platforms (Retell, Vapi, LiveKit, Twilio) or contact center tooling. - Hands-on experience with legal tech (Lead Docket, Litify, Filevine, Clio). - Prior forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or implementation experience.
