Applied Intuition is seeking a Solution Engineer to support the adoption of autonomous systems in the maritime sector across EMEA. You will serve as the technical bridge between maritime defense customers and Applied Intuition's engineering teams, delivering pre-sales and post-sales technical support. Key responsibilities include: - Provide technical pre-sales support focused on maritime autonomous systems - Act as the primary technical liaison between uniformed and civilian maritime customers and Applied Intuition's UK engineering and product teams - Support end-users throughout the adoption lifecycle to maximize impact and system utilization - Identify problem-solution fit with customers and scope technical solutions and delivery timelines - Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, product demonstrations, and deployment activities with customers in both pre-sale and post-sale phases - Help customers adopt Applied Intuition's code-first developer toolchain, onboarding engineering teams and integrating with existing infrastructure Required qualifications: - UK Security Clearance or ability to obtain one - 3+ years of experience in the maritime sector - Execution-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements - Direct experience working with customers on complex problems at the intersection of software and vehicle/maritime systems - Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field - Intermediate programming proficiency in C/C++, Python, or similar languages - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Desirable experience includes service in a European or allied Navy, hands-on experience with Applied Intuition's applications, exposure to perception systems or AI/ML pipelines for in-vehicle systems, familiarity with simulation environments or digital twin platforms, and project management experience in cross-functional customer-facing programs. The role is based in London with an expectation of primarily in-office work five days per week, with flexibility for occasional remote work.
