UiPath is seeking a Commercial Solution Engineer to support the sales process for commercial accounts in the Greater China Region (GCR). This role blends technical expertise with business acumen to identify customer pain points and translate them into tailored, value-driven solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize deals
- Leading end-to-end presales activities and creating strong value propositions
- Delivering tailored, high-level demos that demonstrate business value
- Designing solutions that fit client needs and environments during the sales process
- Resolving client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture
- Developing solution architectures for secure on-premises, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the UiPath platform
- Participating in knowledge sharing within and outside the presales team
- Supporting marketing initiatives through evangelism, including blogs, speaking engagements, and industry events
- Collaborating with product teams to improve functionalities and integrate external technologies
- Engaging in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide roadmap feedback
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrable track record in client-facing presales, sales engineering, or solution architect roles
- Strong communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build internal and external relationships
- Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, and automation solutions
- Knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs and agents
- Solid understanding of cloud and virtualization technology
- Solution-selling mindset with a driven, proactive approach
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Team player attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
