Snowflake is seeking a customer-facing Solution Engineer to partner with the sales team and guide enterprise customers through data modernization and AI adoption. You will architect scalable data and AI solutions, design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations, and support complex enterprise proof-of-concepts from inception through value realization.
Key responsibilities include leading customer conversations on AI strategy and data modernization, designing and demonstrating solutions using SQL and Python, translating complex technical concepts into measurable business outcomes, navigating objections in high-stakes sales cycles, and leveraging AI tools to enhance demo preparation and delivery.
You will work across both technical and executive audiences, influencing stakeholders and maintaining credibility under pressure. The role requires strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with modern data warehousing platforms. Python experience for analytics or ML workflows is essential, along with familiarity with AI/ML concepts including Generative AI and Large Language Models.
The ideal candidate combines technical depth with executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a growth mindset. You should be comfortable learning and adapting quickly in a fast-moving environment, with a track record of influencing complex buying decisions.
