Snowflake is seeking a Solution Engineer to help customers solve complex data and AI challenges. You will work directly with the sales team and channel partners to understand customer needs, strategize winning sales cycles, deliver compelling value-based demonstrations, and support enterprise Proof of Concepts.
In this role, you will present Snowflake technology and vision to both executives and technical contributors, emphasizing how Snowflake serves as the engine for rapid AI innovation. You'll work hands-on with prospects throughout the sales cycle, moving them from initial interest to value-driving insights and business outcomes. You'll maintain deep understanding of Analytics, Generative AI, LLMs, and competitive technologies to position Snowflake as the easiest path to enterprise Analytics and AI. You'll also collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share field insights on customer data platform and activation requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven success in positioning data solutions to enable rapid Analytics and AI adoption, with ability to show customers a clear path from raw data to actionable analytics, AI Agents, and machine learning models
- Real-world experience with one or more: Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Cloudera, BigQuery, or Analytics open-source projects (Spark, Trino, Cassandra, Hive)
- Outstanding presenting skills for both technical and executive audiences; ability to translate complex data concepts into business value
- Broad experience with large-scale database/data warehouse technology, ETL, and modern AI/ML frameworks
- Hands-on expertise with SQL and SQL analytics (Python or R experience for data science is a plus)
- Ability to connect customer business problems to Snowflake's Analytics, AI, and Data Cloud solutions
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
