As a Solution Consultant based in Switzerland, you will be a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, translating their business challenges into Pigment solutions. Your responsibilities will include: • Conducting discovery sessions with prospects and customers to understand their business planning needs, pain points, and strategic objectives • Designing and presenting tailored solution architectures that demonstrate how Pigment addresses their specific requirements • Leading product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements to showcase platform capabilities • Collaborating with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and support deal closure • Partnering with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption • Building deep product expertise and staying current with Pigment's roadmap and competitive landscape • Serving as a technical and functional bridge between customers and internal product/engineering teams You will work within Pigment's growing EMEA organization, supporting the expansion of the platform across European markets. The role offers exposure to complex enterprise deals, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to influence how leading global companies approach business planning and performance management.
