As a Solution Architect at ServiceNow (Pyramid Analytics), you will serve as a trusted, customer-facing technical consultant for Enterprise organizations adopting and leveraging the Pyramid business intelligence platform. You will join a team responsible for supporting customers and partners in developing enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytical solutions.
You will become a Pyramid platform expert, speaking fluently on implementation best practices and recommendations that enable customer adoption and maximize their experience, capabilities, and ROI. This expertise will be leveraged to deliver best-in-class solutions across all levels of customer organizations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist clients with developing cloud or on-premise solutions for BI, advanced analytics, and data science
- Identify client future needs and work closely with the Customer Success Manager to create expansion and upsell activities
- Take ownership of projects and collaborate with multi-disciplined teams including client resources and colleagues
- Instill trust and confidence with clients, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved
- Assist new clients in platform setup, data integration, user training, and implementation best practices
- Participate in a wide range of engagements including onboarding, mentoring, solution development, and customer staff enablement

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Professional Services, Consulting, or similar customer-facing delivery environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills gained in industry, management consultancy, or system integrator environments
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, and/or 5+ years of BI & Analytics experience
- Experience using Business Intelligence and Analytical tools (Pyramid, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) to develop Enterprise-grade reports and dashboards
- Demonstrated experience in the design and development of data-based solutions for analytics with related technologies (SSAS, SAP BW/Hana, Snowflake, etc.) and relevant languages (SQL variants, MDX, etc.)
- Experience using Python with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in regulated industries such as Finance, Healthcare, or Public Sector is a plus
