You'll join the Customer Experience team (currently five people globally) as a hands-on Senior Solution Architect based at ScyllaDB's Israel headquarters. This role bridges pre-sales, proof-of-concept work, and customer success—positioning you close to both the product engineering team and prospects evaluating ScyllaDB for mission-critical workloads.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with sales to demonstrate ScyllaDB's technical value and drive adoption; owning the technical win on every opportunity; providing technical review and production deployment recommendations; designing solutions and documenting integration guides and benchmarks; developing and delivering training materials for customers; and acting as the bridge between customers and product/engineering teams, carrying real-world feedback back to the product organization.
