Cyera is hiring a Solution Architect for Identity Security to serve as the technical and strategic bridge between the company and its enterprise prospects and customers. The role is primarily pre-sales with post-sales influence on strategic accounts.
You will lead technical discovery sessions, assess complex customer environments, and design end-to-end solutions that map identity capabilities to enterprise needs across cloud, identity, and security programs. You'll deliver technically rigorous demos and workshops that translate complex concepts for both technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Sales leadership on high-impact deals, shaping strategy, building bespoke prototypes and POCs, and guiding evaluation criteria to successful outcomes. You'll create a feedback loop between field and product, translating customer needs into actionable insights that influence roadmap priorities with clear problem statements and repeatable solution patterns.
You'll also equip partners with technical knowledge, patterns, and enablement materials to accelerate joint wins and scalable deployments. A significant part of the role involves creating high-quality reference architectures, playbooks, and reusable assets that uplevel the broader go-to-market and customer success teams.
