Taktile is an AI-native platform empowering financial institutions to transform their decision-making through autonomous agents and intelligent automation. As Solution Architect, you'll be the senior technical voice bridging Taktile and enterprise customers—primarily banks and insurance companies with complex legacy systems.
You'll own the architecture strategy for enterprise transformations, designing how Taktile integrates into decades-old core banking landscapes while meeting stringent security, compliance, and integration requirements. Your responsibilities span the full customer lifecycle: pre-sales architecture discussions with enterprise architects and CTOs, designing target solution architectures for multi-year deployments, leading architecture workshops and whiteboarding sessions, and partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure delivery matches design.
You'll tackle the hardest technical blockers—integration patterns, deployment models, throughput, latency, security, data residency, compliance—and reframe them as competitive advantages. You'll build reusable reference architectures and best practices that scale across sales and engineering teams, and represent Taktile as a credible peer to senior technical stakeholders.
Required: 10+ years in solution or enterprise architecture with significant hands-on experience in financial services. Deep knowledge of AWS, enterprise integration patterns (event-driven, messaging, APIs, streaming), and legacy systems (core banking, loan origination/management systems, mainframes, on-prem estates). Solid grounding in security and compliance for regulated enterprises. Ability to communicate complex architecture crisply to both technical and executive audiences.
Ideal: Prior Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect role at B2B SaaS, cloud providers, or top-tier consulting firms. Experience designing AI/ML or GenAI production workloads. Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Professional, TOGAF). RFP and security review experience.
