Taktile is seeking a Solution Architect to serve as a senior technical voice in customer conversations with enterprise financial institutions. You will act as a trusted architecture counterpart to enterprise architects and technical leadership, helping them design how Taktile's AI-native platform integrates into their complex, legacy core banking system landscapes.
Key responsibilities include designing target solution architectures for enterprise transformations, addressing the hardest architecture questions (integration patterns, deployment models, security, compliance, data residency), and leading architecture workshops with customer stakeholders from engineers to CTOs. You'll own the technical narrative in deals, turning architecture concerns into competitive advantages. You'll build reusable reference architectures and integration blueprints that scale across the Forward Deployed Engineering and Sales teams, working seamlessly across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
You bring 10+ years of solution or enterprise architecture experience with significant time working directly with large enterprises, ideally in financial services. You have deep, hands-on knowledge of AWS and enterprise integration patterns (event-driven architectures, messaging, APIs, batch, streaming). You've worked with enterprise-grade legacy systems—core banking platforms, loan origination systems, mainframes, on-prem estates—and understand what it takes to integrate modern SaaS platforms into them.
You have solid grounding in security and compliance for regulated enterprises: authentication, authorization, network architecture, encryption, data residency, and audit requirements. You hold your own with the most senior technical stakeholders and are seen as a peer, not a vendor. You communicate complex architecture crisply across multiple formats and audiences, from deeply technical to executive.
Ideal qualifications include prior experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Consultant at B2B SaaS companies, cloud providers, or top-tier consultancies serving financial institutions; experience designing AI/ML or Generative AI workloads in production; relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Professional, TOGAF); and experience with enterprise RFPs and security reviews.
