Applied Intuition is seeking a Solution Architect to support the UK & EMEA Defence sector. You will serve as a technical bridge between defence customers and Applied Intuition's engineering teams, helping customers solve complex problems around autonomous systems and physical AI.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide technical pre-sales support, identifying problem-solution fit and scoping technical solutions with customers
- Act as the primary technical liaison between defence customers and Applied Intuition's UK engineering and product teams
- Guide technical discussions, architecture reviews, demos, and deployments in both pre- and post-sale stages
- Support end-users at all adoption stages to increase product adoption
- Help customers onboard onto Applied Intuition's code-first developer toolchain, integrating SDKs with existing infrastructure
Required qualifications:
- UK Security Clearance or ability to attain it
- 3+ years experience in Defence sector or relevant technical domain
- Execution-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer engagements
- Experience working directly with customers on complex problems at the intersection of software and autonomous/vehicle systems
- Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field
- Basic to intermediate programming experience in C/C++, Python, or similar languages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have:
- Prior military service in European or allied military branch
- Hands-on experience with Applied Intuition's applications
- Exposure to perception systems or AI/ML pipelines for in-vehicle experiences
- Experience with simulation environments or digital twin platforms
- Project management experience in cross-functional, customer-facing programs
