Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Product Manager to own the Factory Systems platform (Forge Factory) within ArsenalOS Connected Factory. This is a ground-up product build opportunity spanning manufacturing execution systems (MES), warehouse management (WMS), and asset management (AMS) integration.
You will define product strategy and roadmap for factory-touching platforms that enable production managers, manufacturing engineers, and automation specialists to map the physical world digitally and execute workflows at scale. The role requires zooming between granular user workflows (e.g., commissioning a smart tool or sensor) and system-wide architecture (data models, integrations, sensor fusion across multiple systems).
Key responsibilities include: defining and owning product strategy and MVP scope; partnering with manufacturing and operations teams to unify workflows; designing integration strategy between MES, ERP, AMS, and WMS; leveraging AI and modern tooling to accelerate development; establishing metrics tied to business outcomes (line changeover time, asset uptime, manual reconciliation reduction); owning prioritization and release planning across cross-functional engineering teams; driving adoption with business and external partners; and documenting decisions transparently.
Required: 4–7+ years building enterprise platforms with high complexity, multiple stakeholders, and cross-organizational dependencies. Strong domain knowledge in complex operational environments. Proven experience taking products from vision through MVP to scaled adoption. Experience building B2B platforms with shared workflows and data exchange. Track record integrating with ERP, MES, AMS, WMS, or data platforms. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML for rapid prototyping and intelligent features. End-to-end product ownership with measurable business outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication. U.S. Person status required (export-controlled data access). Full-time in-office presence with willingness to travel to operational sites.
Preferred: background in manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, defense, automation, or automotive industries.
