Sedric.ai is building an AI compliance platform trusted by major banks and fintechs to automate oversight of customer communications and marketing at scale. The company processes millions of interactions and terabytes of marketing assets daily, running AI-powered compliance rules in real time against hundreds of customer-defined policies.
As Software Engineering Team Lead, you will lead the engineering effort to take the platform to the next level. The founding engineer who built the core infrastructure is moving on after five years, and this is your opportunity to own the technical direction and team growth. You'll report to the Head of R&D and be based in the Tel Aviv office on a hybrid model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and growing an engineering team focused on enterprise-grade AI platform development
- Building scalable infrastructure that handles millions of daily interactions and terabytes of data
- Implementing real-time guardrails on customer communications, pre-approval review systems for marketing assets, and post-publication monitoring
- Working with compliance SMEs and financial regulators to ensure 99%+ accuracy standards
- Architecting solutions using advanced AI tooling that balance accuracy, throughput, and cost efficiency
- Establishing change management processes and procedures for a highly regulated environment
The role combines technical leadership with the unique challenge of building AI systems for financial compliance—where accuracy requirements are set by global regulators and false positives directly impact customer operations. You'll work with some of the world's largest financial institutions and have the opportunity to shape both the product roadmap and team culture.
