Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 / annual

You will join as a Senior iOS Engineer to support the rapidly growing iOS app (currently ranked #18 in the App Store's productivity category) and lead new product initiatives. This is a key individual contributor role in a flat organization where technical excellence and consistent delivery create pathways to leadership.
Responsibilities include shipping production code for the iOS app, leading key engineering and product decisions, maintaining and enhancing the complex app architecture, participating in product discussions to shape the roadmap, and working within a dedicated product team. You'll have the opportunity to influence product direction and work on features that directly impact millions of users.
You should have a track record of building products from inception to scale, experience with large user bases, and strong product thinking. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, works with speed and focus, and can balance shipping quickly with thoughtful architectural decisions. Technical requirements include Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git expertise.
