You will join a 100% distributed, ~200-person team (no physical offices) comprising engineers from Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Stanford PhD programs, and founders of high-growth startups like Stripe, Vercel, and Bolt.
In this role, you will lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app, actively ship production code, work within a dedicated product team, participate in product roadmap discussions, and maintain/enhance the complex app architecture. You'll have the opportunity to shape the product direction and make a direct impact on millions of users, particularly those with learning differences like dyslexia, ADD, low vision, and autism.
Ideal candidates have experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of shipping products from inception to traction, strong product thinking, customer obsession, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, distributed environment. You must be proficient in Swift and SwiftUI, with experience in multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git workflows.
