You will join as a Senior iOS Engineer to support the rapidly growing user base and develop new features aligned with the company's mission to make reading accessible to everyone. This is a key role in a flat organization where technical excellence and consistent delivery create pathways to leadership.
Responsibilities include leading key engineering and product decisions, actively shipping production code for the iOS app, working within a dedicated product team, participating in product discussions to shape the roadmap, and maintaining/enhancing the complex app architecture.
Ideal candidates have experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record of shipping products from inception through traction, and strong product thinking. You should be customer-obsessed, work at speed, and know how to balance focus in a high-growth remote environment. Technical expertise required: Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git.
