You'll join as a Senior iOS Engineer to support the expanding user base and drive new product initiatives. This is a key role for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about product decisions and delightful user experiences. The company operates as a flat organization where technical excellence and consistent delivery create leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities include leading key engineering and product decisions, actively shipping production code for the iOS app, working within a dedicated product team, participating in product discussions to shape the roadmap, and maintaining/enhancing the complex app architecture.
Ideal candidates have experience scaling products to large user bases, a track record from inception through traction, obsessive focus on customer experience, strong product thinking, speed of execution, and the ability to balance engagement with deep focus. Technical requirements include Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git expertise.
