This Senior iOS Engineer role is a key position on the core product team, responsible for supporting the growing iOS user base and driving new features aligned with the company's mission to make reading accessible to all learners. You will actively ship production code, lead engineering and product decisions, participate in roadmap discussions, and maintain the app's complex architecture.
Responsibilities include:
- Shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app
- Leading key engineering and product decisions
- Working within a dedicated product team
- Participating in product discussions to shape the roadmap
- Maintaining and enhancing the existing app architecture
Ideal candidates have:
- Experience scaling products to large user bases
- Track record shipping products from inception through traction
- Strong product thinking and customer obsession
- Ability to work quickly and prioritize effectively
- Technical expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git
